Abe has worked at Alcom IT since setting up the business in 1998. At the time he felt the market was only focused on IT Support and not Customer Service and Relationship Building too. To Abe these 3 elements are incredibly important and form the very backbone of everything Alcom stands for. A normal day for Abe is assisting the team with any issues and general management of the business. With his mix of technical knowledge, sales experience and personable customer service skills, there isn’t a challenge he can’t tackle!
What You Didn’t Know About Abe:
Abe gained his Private Pilots Licence in 2003 and is also building his own 2 seater plane. His life’s goal is to one day finish building it and to tour around the whole of Europe. Who knows, maybe he’ll fly us out to site visits in the future!
In his spare time Abe enjoys watching movies, mowing the lawn (the straighter the lines the better!) and investigating new technology.
He also supports his son who is developing a career in the racing industry. At weekends you’ll often find Abe armed with a spanner tinkering on a go-kart or a plane!
