One of our founders had worked at various IT companies, and discovered there is a huge lack of IT Support companies who really CARED about the services and the way they assisted their customers.
Our founders wanted to create an IT company that above all, would provide a friendly and efficient IT support service. Fixing issues for customers who didn’t have the expertise needed.
Alcom IT began in a small spare room, in a family house.
Within a year the founders opened up a customer facing, one-stop shop.
With the industry growing, and a higher demand for online support, they redesigned and relocated their HQ to a new workshop & office in Aylesbury.
